Full Management         

We offer a comprehensive and hassle-free Fully Managed service  

Percentage of the rent payable for the full tenancy term (as defined) including all renewal periods.  Payable monthly, 8% of the rent

  

          

Rent Collection Service        

Our Rent Collection service finds you a tenant and collects monthly payments on your behalf, leaving you to maintain the property.   

  

Percentage of the rent payable for the full tenancy term (as defined) including all renewal periods.  Payable monthly, 6% of the rent

  

Plus       

Set Up Fee (This Fee includes a Tenancy Agreement and transfer and management of your utilities)£350 

Inventory /Check Out Preparation£150  

Landlord Renewal Agreement£120  

          

          

Let only         

Our Tenant Find service finds you a tenant and will organise the tenancy agreement, leaving you with the day to day running of the let.  

  

Tenant Introduction Only Services     5%  of the first 12 months’ rent and deducted from first rent payment or if the first month’s rent does not cover the value of the invoice the funds are payable prior to completion. £300 for any renewal or extension thereafter including periodic.
